Terms & Conditions By dealing direct means, apart from a Reservation Fee and Security Deposit (See below) there are none of the usual agents arrangement – administration fees to pay 10/11 MONTH TENANCY AGREEMENTS (Saving you money) The properties are let to 5 NON-SMOKING students who share the accommodation together under a Tenancy Agreement (individuals accepted) . NOTE: For UK Tenancy Agreement purposes UK based UK Nationals only GUARANTORS - A UK National, UK based parent, is required as a Guarantor from each tenant upon signing the Tenancy Agreement. A RESERVATION FEE IS INITIALLY REQUIRED to reserve the accommodation, which is offset against the Security Deposit when due.
