YOUR SAFTY AND SECURITY

All our properties have the following facilities available.

GAS – All gas appliances (Central Heating System – Cooker) are checked annually by a Corgi registered engineer – A Landlords Gas Safety Certificate is provided.

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES – are all PAT tested every year. Labels on each appliance indicate that they have been checked.

SECURITY
All Doors & Windows are lockable - Fire Extinguishers and Smoke Alarms are provided.

MAIN APPLIANCES PROVIDED

KITCHEN - Upright Freezer – Separate Larder Fridge - Tumble dryer – Washing Machine - Gas Cooker – Electric Kettle – Iron – Toaster etc.

ALL ROOMS – There is plenty of storage – shelving etc – All beds are drawer divans – Desk – WiFi Broadband– Wardrobes – Chest of drawers etc.

FURNITURE – All furniture, beds mattresses etc. comply with current Fire Safety Regulations.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS - A maintenance team is available. Before you move in, we check to see that everything is in proper working order and repair.

PROPERTY BOOK - For your convenience a “Property Book” is provided which contains useful information about the house, Instruction Manuals – Insurance Policies etc.
